We are located in Western New York, Livingston County

We are approximately 25 miles South of Rochester, NY in the heart of the Finger Lakes Region

Our Call volume is increasing each year. 

In 2008 our Ambulances had approximately 800 Calls for Service

In 2008 our Advanced Life Support had approximately 550 Calls for Service

We are Dispatched through the Livingston County Sheriff's Office E911 located in Geneseo, NY

Our primary frequency is 46.16 and there are 6 Tactical Frequencies we can use

We share all frequencies with the fire service in Livingston County

Through Mutual Aid Agreements, when needed we use Monroe County EMS & Fire Frequencies
